MEET OUR STAFF

Charlotte LaGrone came to Faith Assembly of God in August of 1994 and became the office administrator a few months later.

She came from First Assembly of God in Timpson where her Dad had been the Pastor since 1970. She was born in Carthage, but traveled the world and saw many countries because her Dad was in the Air Force. She graduated from Gary High School, Gary, Texas and Massey Business College in Nacogdoches, Texas.

After graduation she went to work as a secretary in a law office in Center, Texas. She is married to David LaGrone, who is a superintendent for a directional drilling company.

David & Becky Rogers

Associate/Children's Pastors

Meet David & Becky Rogers our Associate Children's Pastors, came on staff in December of 2007.

David is originally from St. Louis, MO, but came to TX in 1981 to be the Youth Pastor at Dallas Indian Revival Center.

David and Charlotte have two children Wesley & Melissa. Wesley is a truck driver and is married to Terry and they have three children, Colton, Jacob and Justin. Melissa attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University and is a school teacher in Carthage.

He met Becky (the pastor’s daughter) while serving there and they were married 4 years later. They have also served as Senior Pastor for two congregations. They have 3 children, Eric, Kailyn & Scott.

Their desire is to see the whole family ministered to and to encourage & nurture children as they grow in the Lord.
